Welcome to Reef Pearl! It’s a pleasure to host you at our Home. Thank

you for choosing to stay with us; you’re going to love it here!

​

Reef Pearl is a Three Bedroom Home. The upstairs has two bedrooms.

Both are ensuite. There is the Master Bedroom that has a King Size Bed

and the Second Bedroom consists of a King Bed and a Bunk Queen Bed

that has a Twin Bed on Top. This Room is referred to as The Bunk Room.

The Downstairs portion of Reef Pearl is an Ensuite One Bedroom

Apartment with full kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for your

convenience.

​

The layout of Reef Pearl is a perfect setting for families that enjoy a little

extra privacy. The Downstairs is also a perfect option for families traveling

with Nanny’s and or older Children.

​

The Contracted Guest is Responsible for the Liability Waiver/Deposit; we

urge that person to relay to all other guests to adhere to our rules.

​

Early Arrivals: Checkin is 4:00PM

​

You may leave your baggage in the game room. You are welcome to use

the beach area until the Housekeepers are finished with the cleaning and

or until 4:00 pm check in time. You might also consider going to Lunch at

one of the neighborhood restaurants which are just a few minutes walking

distance.

​

Late Departures: Checkout is 10:00AM

Please be out of the inside of the villa by 10:00AM. You may leave your

baggage in the game room and are welcome to use the beach area until 12:00PM

​

Door Entrance Code Upstairs: C2018Alarm Code is 2018# to disarm. To arm alarm just make sure all doors are closed. Press Exit on the alarm panel which allows you 45 seconds to exit.

Beach Towels are also found in upstairs entrance and

Downstairs Bedroom Closet

A Children’s outside wooden playground available and situated on the grass

There is a safe with a key located upstairs in the bunk room closet.

($100.00 lost key fee)​

It’s always a good idea to keep valuables in the safe such as passports,

cash and jewelry, and to lock the doors when at the beach.

​

Golf Buggy Key: placed on the pool table

Remember to charge it overnight and/or when not in use

Please do not leave the golf buggy in the rain.

You may drive the golf buggy to Sharkbite, Baci, and the coffee shop. But,

please do not take the golf buggy over the bridge on the Lower Bite Road.

(Not authorized).

Trash Area is located outside the main gate entrance in the walled area.

Please fill the red bin first.

​

There is a complimentary cleaning included in your stay which is

scheduled for Wednesday from 10:00AM to 2:00PMThere is a Jacuzzi located on the Beach. The water is changed weekly with fresh water. Please keep covered when not in use. Remember

always to not enter the Jacuzzi with sandy feet.

There are lights located on the shower wall near the jacuzzi that come on

automatically. Should you desire less lighting while enjoying the jacuzzi in

the evening just override the lights with the switch located on the shower wall.

​

Please do not leave any of our Complimentary Amenities on the public beach overnight.

Chairs, Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, life vests, toys, etc.

​

Notes:

 

Additional blackout for the Master Bedroom upstairs by closing the Hurricane Shutters located outside.

Wooden Cribs, pack n play, high chairs and stroller are available for

children free of charge with prior notice

​

AC remotes recommended to be set at 23 degrees on the SNOWFLAKE

(There is a light setting on the control which allows you to turn off the light on the unit)

Central Air Conditioning upstairs and downstairs also recommended to be

set at 23 degrees

​

There outside terrace lights are automatic and located.

Should you desire less lighting while enjoying the jacuzzi in the evening just override the

lights with the switch located on the shower wall

 

Plantation Louvers upstairs are to be closed in the upwards position not

downwards as it causes damage

​
